Everyone from the staff was super-friendly and affable. The location for Rome was favourable, close to the main attractions which are all within walking distance, sights and shopping, and many restaurants. We had goodies and coffee at Pompi, it was located right next to the venue.

The staff we met were a bit unpleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at Flat 285 in Rome. The location was outstanding, just a short walk from the Vatican and surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and bars. The room, situated in a beautiful converted apartment, was comfortable for our family of four and the beds were cozy with plenty of clean linens. The staff, especially the helpful lady at reception, provided excellent recommendations that made our trip fantastic. We felt safe and enjoyed exploring the area.

The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently located close to popular attractions. breakfast was provided, which saved us the hassle of finding a spot to eat first thing in the morning.

Our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The room was not as clean as expected, with some equipment not working properly.
